Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We’re here to ensure you’re satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, please review our return guidelines.

1. Conditions for Return

• Item Condition: The item being returned must be unused, must be in the same condition it was received, and must be in its original packaging.
• Time Frame: Item returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• Required Documentation: Please contact our customer service, complete item return form, or provide your item purchase receipt to initiate the return.

2. Return Process

• Shipping Returns: Ship your items return to: Mega Solution Electrical Engineering Address. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping fee costs, which are non-refundable. Any refund issued will have return shipping costs deducted.
• For High-Value Returns: Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance to ensure safe delivery, as we don’t guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.

3. Return Cost (Restocking and Processing Fee)

• A restocking fee of 15% of the product price will be deducted from the refund for all approved returns.
• This fee covers inspection, handling, and restocking of returned items.

4. Refund Process

• Inspection & Notification: Once your item return is received, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund via email.
• Refund Timeline: If your item return is approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 60 working days.

5. Exchanges

• Defective or Damaged Items: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please contact customer service to arrange for an exchange of the same item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Customized products cannot be returned.
