Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We’re here to ensure you’re satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, please review our return guidelines.

 

1. Conditions for Return

• Item Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and in its original packaging.
• Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• Required Documentation: Please contact our customer service, complete a return form, or provide your purchase receipt to initiate the return.

 

2. Return Process

• Shipping Returns: Send your return to: Mega Solution Electrical Engineering Address. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Any refund issued will have return shipping costs deducted.
• For High-Value Returns: Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance to ensure safe delivery, as we don’t guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.

 

3. Refund Process

• Inspection & Notification: Once your return is received, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund via email.
• Refund Timeline: If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within 60 working days.

 

4. Exchanges

• Defective/Damaged Items: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, please contact customer service to arrange for an exchange of the same item.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

Customized products cannot be returned.

 

6. International Returns
